During his reign, Neil helped the company expand its reach and influence in the real estate and construction sectors, actively participating and financing construction projects over $30,000,000.00 in value.
Tri-Corp Canada was also a pioneer in divesting into the marketing and publication sector(s). Neil was instrumental in launching many new magazines including Madissons, Billys Guide, Calibre and Pennywyze. Some of these magazine concepts are still being published today.
Seeing the value of consumer products, under the command of Neil, Tri-Corp Canada expanded into many unique and diverse retail ventures that encompassed many sectors. Automotive, Hair products, Pet products and many other adventures made everyday a new experience.
